Loess Cellar Row, Szólád

More than a hundred cellars concealed in a high loess wall are hiding on the outskirts of the village of Szólád. Like a portal to an underground world in a fairy-tale, the row of cellars is barely noticeable to the untrained eye - no wonder that they were originally used to hide wine from the tax collectors. Many of the cellars are still in use these days.
