A 221 méter magas, dolomitból álló Garga-hegyre épült kilátóról jól megfigyelhető a vulkáni tanúhegyek déli csoportja, a Balaton nyugati medencéje a somogyi partokkal és a Keszthelyi-hegység erdőségei. Ezek a fajgazdag lombelegyes erdők számos védett növény és állatfajnak adnak otthont pl. (cifra kankalin, tavaszi hérics, leánykökörcsin, szúrós csodabogyó).
